David Welch
David Welch is a co-founder and first President of Sierra Watch. He graduated from Harvard with a degree in mathematics in 1964. Before retirement, David was a financial executive with Golden West Financial Corporation, serving as Treasurer through 1994 and as a Senior Consultant until March 2001.
